Hello! I understand emergencies happen, but request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A 50% service fee will be charged for cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. A 80% service fee will be charged for any no-shows. Thank you.
